This hotel has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who are always smiling.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and liked it. Everything was excellent, including really friendly and excellent staff. Double room on complaining shifted to lower bunk bed was the best. Coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and a toaster were a plus. The accommodation had a central location close to shops.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The staff is top-class, offer an easy check-in and late check-out...

The location was just right, and it was awesome that this place had a nightclub on-site. 🎉.

The Newcastle Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. the staff is extremely pleasant, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I enjoyed a comfy bed in a spotless and fairly quiet room, which allowed for a restful night's sleep. Its location is conveniently just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and eateries, as well as a nearby pub and nightclub for some entertainment. the hotel offers early check-in and excellent service, not to mention the good Wi-Fi that keeps you connected!

I had a wonderful stay on vacation. the staff was attentive and top-class throughout my visit. the hotel's location was convenient and truly magnificent, just a short distance from everything I needed. Plus, it was very close to central Newcastle. the food was quite good as well.

Super close to everything, clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff. This hotel is located just meters away from a bus stop which makes it very convenient to access the city and other areas. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfy bed, clean linens, and soaps. The hotel staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating. I had some trouble with the entry method, but they patiently explained it to me.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The TV in my room wasn't working, and there was some noise from the brewery in the hallways and kitchen.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, close to all means of transportation such as Hamilton Station and several amenities, cafes, and stores. It also has a unique personality and very friendly staff, offering snacks, earplugs, and a bistro with tasty food. the room is large and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable and safe stay.

The hotel could improve its cleanliness standards as some shared facilities were not well-maintained according to some guests' reviews.

Had an amazing new year experience at a hotel in a great location with awesome value for the price. the entertainment provided was top-notch and the room was clean and comfortable. the venue had a nightclub, karaoke, bar, and backpackers that offered a fun night for a cheap price. the shared bathroom was clean with hot water, and the bed was comfy with clean towels and soaps provided. the hotel's owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room had only two sockets on one side of the wall, which could cause some inconvenience for charging devices and also only one shower space in the shared bathroom. the pub underneath the hotel and the traditional Australian meaning of hotel did cause some noise at night.

The noise level at night is quite high. The beds are not the most comfortable, and there is only one functioning toilet for two people.
